Doing it BIG! Week: Tips or Trends Tuesday: Over the top wedding venues

Good morning and welcome to day two of “Doing it BIG!” week. Today, I have nine over the top and amazing wedding venues for adventurous couples looking to “WOW!” their guests with an uber unique venue. From an ice chapel to the Great Wall of China (yes, you can get married at the Great Wall!), take your nuptials from edgy to going over the edge.

First Set
Winter Wonderland: Looking to have a winter wedding? Skip the faux snow and go straight for the real thing. Get married in an ice chapel at one of the world’s several ice hotels.
Beach: A wedding on a beach is the dream for many, but take it to a whole other level and surround yourself with the ocean and have your ceremony on a sandbar.
Rain Forest: Are you a green loving couple? Does the idea of getting married in a forested oasis speak to you? Then consider hosting your vows in a rain forest. Paronella Park in Queensland, Australia would make for an amazing destination wedding.

Second Set
Fairy Tale: For those desiring a Cinderella fairy tale wedding, consider Schonbrunn castle in Vienna.
Asian: Why just incorporate elements of the East, when you can go there? Yes, you can get married at the Great Wall of China!
Rustic: Experience the ultimate in rustic chic and marry in a cavern! Pictured here are the Luray Caverns in Luray, VA.

Third Set
Whimsical: Do you have an inner adult instead of an inner child? Have an intimate wedding in a treehouse. Consider Tree House Point in Issaquah, WA.
Modern: If you are thinking of a modern wedding with clean lines and simplicity? You and 20 guests can have your own capsule on the London Eye!
Safari: Skip the zebra print cake and cheetah chair covers and go for the real thing. Host your fete on a private island in the Zamebezi, not far from Victoria Falls.

I hope you enjoy these amazing venues and best wishes to you and your love.
