Association of Bridal Consultants Aspen Fact Caravan: Overview and Aspen Meadows Resort

This past Sunday and Monday, the Colorado chapter of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) participated in an overnight trip to Aspen to learn more about venues and activities available to brides and grooms in Aspen. It was a whirlwind trip full of beautiful venues, amazing food, and wonderful hospitality. In the next few days I will not only be featuring the venues and vendors associated with the event, but also ABC vendors who participated in the trip. My first venue I will feature was the first stop on our fact finding mission: Aspen Meadows Resort.

“Aspen Meadows Resort is nestled on 40 acres of beautiful meadows in the historic west end of Aspen, Colorado. Situated along the Roaring Fork River and surrounded by breathtaking views of the Colorado Rockies, this Aspen hotel offers something for everyone. What can I say about this venue? First of all, it’s beautiful and is the perfect event space for an art lover. From the architecture to the furnishings and to the sculptures on the grounds, Aspen Meadows Resort is a perfect representation of Bauhaus style and ultra modern beauty. Secondly, the hospitality provided to us was amazing. We felt welcomed and were treated to some amazing food and wine. From passed hors d’evours to a beautiful bounty of an antipasto display as well as a dessert display, the food was some of the best I have encountered. My favorite was the latke with creme fraiche and caviar.
